Booking a tasker
- How do I book a tasker on Taskly?
- Browse verified taskers for the service you need, compare their rates and ratings, and book the person you want — pick a time and pay securely. Or post a task and let taskers send you quotes.
- Can I book the same tasker again?
- Yes. Save any tasker to your Saved list and rebook them in one tap. You can also set up recurring bookings for regular jobs like weekly cleaning.
- What areas does Taskly cover?
- Taskly serves Metro Manila — including Makati, BGC/Taguig, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Manila, and more. Pick your district when you book.
Payments
- How do I pay?
- Pay by card through Stripe when you book — no cash needed. Taskly holds the payment and releases it to your tasker after the job is done.
- Are there any fees?
- Posting and booking are free for clients. You pay the price you agreed with your tasker — no fee is added at checkout. Taskly's flat 15% service fee is deducted from the tasker's payout.
Trust & safety
- Are Taskly taskers verified?
- Yes. Each tasker's government ID and NBI clearance is checked by the Taskly team before they're approved to quote. You can see each tasker's rating, reviews, and completed-task count on their profile.
- What is the Taskly Pledge?
- The Taskly Pledge is our promise for every booking: ID- and NBI-checked taskers, payment held until the job's done, an in-app record of every message, and a real person on the Taskly team to review it if anything isn't right.
- What if something goes wrong?
- File a claim from your booking within 7 days of the job being completed, and the Taskly team will review it. All your chat history is timestamped and on record.
Becoming a tasker
- How do I become a tasker?
- Sign up, choose your services and service areas, and set your hourly rate. The Taskly team checks your government ID and NBI clearance before you're approved to quote on jobs.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Payouts are sent manually by GCash after each job is complete. You keep 85% of the agreed price; Taskly's flat 15% service fee is deducted from your payout.
