Booking a tasker
- How do I book a tasker on Taskly?
- Browse verified taskers for the service you need, compare their rates and ratings, and book the person you want — pick a time and pay securely. Or post a task and let taskers send you quotes.
- Can I book the same tasker again?
- Yes. Save any tasker to your Saved list and rebook them in one tap. You can also set up recurring bookings for regular jobs like weekly cleaning.
- What areas does Taskly cover?
- Taskly serves Metro Manila — including Makati, BGC/Taguig, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Manila, and more. Pick your district when you book.
Payments
- How do I pay?
- Pay securely in-app with GCash, Maya, or a card via PayMongo — no cash needed. Your payment is held and only released to the tasker once the job is done.
- When am I charged?
- You authorize payment when you book, but you're only charged once the job is completed. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute within 48 hours.
Trust & safety
- Are Taskly taskers verified?
- Every tasker passes government-ID and NBI clearance checks before they can take jobs. You can see each tasker's rating, reviews, and completed-task count on their profile.
- What is the Taskly Pledge?
- The Taskly Pledge is our promise that every booking is safe and fair: verified taskers, payment held until the job's done, an in-app record of every message, and our support team if anything isn't right.
- What if something goes wrong?
- Open a dispute within 48 hours of the job and our support team will step in to help resolve it. All your chat history is timestamped and on record.
Becoming a tasker
- How do I become a tasker?
- Sign up, choose your services and service areas, set your hourly rate, and upload your government ID and NBI clearance for verification. Once approved, you can start accepting jobs.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Your payout is sent to your GCash or bank account after each completed job. You keep your full rate minus Taskly's platform fee.
