Is Taskly free to use?
Posting a task is completely free. You only pay the agreed price when you book a tasker. Taskly charges a small service fee to cover platform costs and payment processing.
How are taskers verified?
Every tasker goes through ID verification and a background check. We also verify skills and experience for specialized categories like electrical and plumbing work.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Your payment is held securely until the job is done. If there's an issue, our support team will mediate. We have a satisfaction guarantee to protect both clients and taskers.
What areas does Taskly serve?
We currently serve all cities within Metro Manila, including Makati, BGC, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, and surrounding areas. We're expanding to Cebu and Davao soon.
How does the Pricing Oracle work?
Our pricing oracle analyzes data from completed tasks to show the fair market rate for any job. It considers task type, complexity, location, and current demand so you always know what to expect.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate the tasker for their reserved time.
